Welcome to Vostrix. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any related communications. By using our platform or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to place an order or engage with Vostrix services
2. Services
Vostrix creates high-quality animated videos and related content for businesses and individuals worldwide. Services include, but are not limited to: scriptwriting, storyboarding, voiceover, animation, and project management via Vostrix Workspace.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a project conflicts with our values or exceeds our current capacity.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be placed via our website or through direct communication with our team. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are due in full or in installments as specified at checkout or invoicing.
No recurring billing or subscriptions are currently offered.
4. Revisions & Client Input
Each video includes 2 rounds of revisions per stage (script, storyboard, voiceover, and animation). Additional revisions may incur extra fees depending on scope and complexity. Requests to revise previously approved stages (e.g., changing the script after animation starts) may involve higher fees.
Clients are expected to provide timely and clear feedback. Delays in communication may extend the project timeline.
5. Project Timelines
Most projects are delivered within 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity and responsiveness. Expedited timelines (rush delivery) may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your project at any time. However, fees will apply based on the work already completed:
- If canceled before production begins, a full refund will be issued.
- If canceled mid-production, you will be billed for completed stages (e.g., scriptwriting, voiceover, or animation), and a partial refund may be issued for remaining work.
We’ll always provide a breakdown of costs and work done.
7. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you’re not satisfied with the final video:
- You may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If work was completed and delivered as outlined, full refunds may not apply.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your final video for commercial or personal purposes. Vostrix retains rights to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
All materials provided by you (e.g., logos, brand guidelines) remain your property.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project content as confidential. Your data, concepts, and scripts are never shared with third parties outside of our trusted production workflow.
10. Limitation of Liability
Vostrix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Vostrix website, platform, or services for any purpose that violates the law, breaches trust, or compromises the experience of others. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Engage in any unlawful activity or encourage others to do so.
- Infringe on intellectual property rights, whether ours or those of a third party.
- Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information during the ordering or project process.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Vostrix Workspace or other restricted areas.
- Upload, share, or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or software designed to disrupt systems or data.
- Use the platform to harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against others based on personal characteristics.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our systems, user data, or internal processes.
- Use our content or tools to create competing services, solicit our service providers, or misrepresent your relationship with Vostrix.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singaporean courts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if we determine that a user has violated these terms or compromised the integrity of our platform.
