1. Eligibility
This campaign is open to business owners, brand representatives, or authorized individuals aged 18 years or older.
Entries may be submitted from any country, provided the participant can communicate in English and collaborate online.
2. Scope of the Offer
The free video covers one (1) Standard Package production by Vostrix Pte. Ltd., lasting 30 to 60 seconds.
Includes:
- Creative scriptwriting
- Professional English voiceover
- Engaging 2D animation
- Stock music and sound effects (SFX)
- Two (2) revision rounds
- Seamless project management via Vostrix Workspace
Additional requirements (e.g., extra revisions, translation, extended durations) are outside the free offer and may be quoted separately.
3. Runner-Up Offers
- The 2nd and 3rd selected participants receive 50% off any Standard or Premium package.
- Discount applies to one (1) project only and must be initiated within 60 days of notification.
- The discounted projects include all standard package deliverables, excluding any optional add-ons not covered by the offer.
4. Selection Process
Vostrix will review all qualified submissions and select the top three entries at its sole discretion, based on:
- Clarity of the idea
- Potential impact or usefulness
- Visual storytelling potential
- Readiness and collaboration ability
- Brand fit and alignment with Vostrix standards
Decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
5. Portfolio and Rights
- Winners agree that Vostrix may showcase the final video in its portfolio, website, or social media, with appropriate credit to the client’s brand or company name.
- All intellectual property and brand materials provided by participants remain their property.
- The final video remains jointly usable — by both Vostrix (for promotional display) and the client (for commercial use).
6. Timeline
- Submissions close on 30 days from launch date or until the maximum number of qualified entries is reached, whichever comes first.
- Selected participants will be notified via email within 3 business days of the campaign’s closing date.
- Production timelines:
- Standard Package: 4–6 weeks
- Premium Package: 6–8 weeks
7. Exclusions
Submissions related to or promoting illegal, discriminatory, harmful, or policy-violating products or services are not eligible and will be disqualified immediately.
8. Privacy and Data Use
All data submitted through the application form will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing your entry, contacting participants, and facilitating project delivery.
